Daily maintenance of rig
1.The rig shall be cleaned (washed) every shift to remove the gangue, cementmortar, steel wire rope and other foreign matters on such moving parts asworking mechanisms and crawler travel parts.
2.The lubricating oil shall be regularly filled to the pushing mechanism, upperand lower pin shafts of front and rear support cylinders and fixed columnbushing.
3.The regular check shall be carried out on fasteners such as bolts of therotating assembly and pushing assembly in working parts and others, to ensurethat there are no loosening, damage and loss. It is required to fasten theloose track shoe bolts and structural part connecting bolts. Those that cannotbe fastened shall be replaced in a timely manner.
4.The hydraulic motor, reducer and pushing assembly in the power rotating deviceare important components in the drilling operation. They shall run in theno-load state for 2~5 minutes before the work every shift. In case of anyabnormality, the production can be carried out after it is eliminated.
5.The lubricating oil shall be filled to the guide rail surface every shift.Attention shall be paid to the size of the sliding gap to prevent the framejitter during drilling; when the gap is too large, the pushing resistance willbe increased.
6.Check hydraulic oil and oil way of hydraulic system
6.1 Check the height of the hydraulic oil level.
6.2 Check whether the pipe joints have oil leakage. Check whether the sealing ringon the hose joint is damaged and the pipe fitting joints are loose.
6.3 Check whether the hose has extrusion and wear.
6.4 Record the oil leaks. When the oil leakage is not serious, analyze the causesbased on the situation. Do not replace hoses and seals in harsh environments.In case of oil leakage or after the replacement, the check shall be carriedout.
Maintenance of hydraulicsystem and precautions
1.Safety requirements for maintenance of hydraulic system
When the pressure exists in the system, do notloosen the pipe joints and remove the fastening threads and any hydrauliccomponents. After the pump is shut down, the components in the system can beremoved after it is checked and confirmed that no pressure exists in thesystem.
2.Requirements for cleanliness at the maintenance site
Whenthe maintenance of the hydraulic system is carried out at the site and on theground, it shall be ensured that the environment is clean to preventcontaminants from entering the hydraulic system. Before loosening theconnection, the components or joints shall be scrubbed clearly and the openingshall be sealed immediately with the specified plug after dismantling. Do notwear gloves when dismounting the hydraulic components and do not use the cottonto scrub them. The oil must be filled to the system via the oil filter.
3.Oil pipe replacement: the oil pipe shall be replaced immediately after it isdamaged. The newly replaced hose and rigid pipe shall meet the requirements ofthe system pressure. Before installation, the compressed air shall be used toblow the dirt on the inner wall of the new hose and the deburring at the pipeorifice shall be checked. The metal rigid pipe shall be pickled and the oilpipe shall be blocked with a seal cap immediately after cleaning.
4.Oil filling: the hydraulic oil shall be stored with a clean and special sealedcontainer. When the ground maintenance is carried out, the oil shall be filledto the rig via the oil filter. Before the oil filling, the oil filling portshall be wiped with the clean and lint-free cloth.
5.Replacement of hydraulic components. The model of the replaced component mustbe correct. When replacing the component, the seal at the connection must beprepared in advance and the replaced seal must be discarded and shall not bereused. The threaded fastener shall be gradually tightened evenly and the forceof individual bolts shall not be too large, causing the component deformation.
6.Check and replacement of hydraulic oil
6.1Level check. The too low level will cause the damage to the plunger pump andgear pump due to the air suction. Therefore, it is required to check the levelindicator on the side of the tank every shift. If the level cannot be seen, theoil shall be filled immediately. L-HM 68 anti-wear hydraulic oil is used.
6.2Oil temperature check. The allowable maximum operating temperature of oiltemperature is 65°C~70°C. When the temperature is too high, the oil aging willbe accelerated, the service life of seals and hydraulic components will besignificantly shortened, the leakage will be increased and the systemefficiency is low. Therefore, attention shall be paid to the detection of oiltemperature changes. If the oil temperature suddenly rises, the rig shall beshut down immediately to check the oil sample or component work conditions.
6.3Oil quality check. The visual observation can be used to preliminarilydetermine whether the oil has aging and deterioration.
Thefilter shall be checked every shift. The filter shall be checked when the oiltemperature reaches the normal operating temperature of 45°C~55°C. If thefilter oil resistance is still too high at this point (the pointer is in thered area), the filter element shall be replaced. The old filter element cannotbe reused.
8.Check cycle and content of hydraulic system
8.1Every shift: oil level, oil temperature, filter, noise, pressure, leakage
8.2Every month: oil level, oil temperature, filter, pressure, leakage, noise
8.3Every three months: oil sample
8.4Every three months: oil change, wear and leakage of hydraulic components, pipewithstand pressure, rise in oil temperature, leakage rate of the pump andmotor, safety valve setting
The rig maintenance is divided into:

2.Every three months
Clean the pump box and replace the lubricatingoil. Clean the tank and replace the hydraulic oil.
1. The overhaul plan shall be made before therig overhaul.
2. After the overhaul or year-end maintenance, theno-load test and adjustment shall be carried out for not less than 2 hours.
3. All drivers and maintenance personnel shallattend the year-end maintenance.
